Thankful for Family

We drove up to Toledo, OH to spend Thanksgiving with my GG. We had so much fun - I really miss my GG and all my family, I wish we could stay forever!

On Friday, we hung out at GG's house...here I am playing outside...Mommy forgot my gloves at the hotel so she let me borrow hers....hehe I looked funny but I was warm!

Friday night, we had a baby shower for Suzie and Brad!! I am so excited to have a new cousin soon! I had a lot of fun. I got to play the piano

and do gymnastics with my cousin Clayton

It was a fun-filled, action-packed trip and loved every minute I got to spend with my family. But boy, was I tired!!

A Surprise and a Visit

When we got back from our Buffalo trip, there was another present waiting for me!!!! It was a Twinklebell doll!!! I LOVE it!!!! There was also a Twinklebell bedding set. AWESOME! I love my Twinklebell pillow! Thank you Auntie Robin!!!!!!!



And Jessie came over to play! It had been awhile since we were able to hang out so Mommy took some pictures :)

Friends and Family - Good Times!

The Sunday after Alex's Bar Mitzvah, Uncle Randy and Aunt Donna had a big brunch for all the family. Since I had just had my birthday, Aunt Donna said I could have some friends over! Here I am with my friends Owen and Evan. Owen was born the month before me (October 2006) and his Mommy, Ari, is a good friend of my Mommy from college. And Evan was born about a week after me and his Mommy, Jill, is also a great friend of Mommy's from college! You might remember Owen and Evan from previous blog posts...but it was a long time ago so I thought I'd refresh your memory :)

Only a few days after my birthday, and we were headed to Buffalo to celebrate my cousin, Alex's Bar Mitzvah! Alex and I have the same birthday and Mommy says we must be kindred spirits because whenever I see Alex, I'm glued to his hip! I just can't get enough of him!

Presents!

So today was my second birthday - I'm beginning to get this whole present thing. It's awesome! You get stuff all wrapped up in pretty paper, which you then get to rip apart to get to the cool thing inside! Amazing!

Here I am, opening my "letter" from Mommy and Daddy. I love getting letters!


I got a box for my birthday!!!! It's awesome!


Ok, so Mommy and Daddy had all of these presents in the box - but I still think the box is pretty awesome!


I got a new winter hat and gloves - it has Twinklebell on it!!!!! I love it!


And a bunch of Wonder Pets stuff! I love Wonder Pets!!!




When my Mommy asked me what kind of cake I wanted, I told her that I wanted pumpkin pie, so thats what she bought me! She had wanted to make me my pie, but she just didn't have time - I don't mind - she makes me lots of stuff all the time! :)


I'm a little impatient - I want my pie!

I eventually did get my pie, and it was yuuuuuummy! I love pumpkin pie! Daddy put lots and lots of whipped cream on it too!

It was a great birthday!
